Registration Info & Fees


Participants are required to pay a fee to attend and present their submissions at ConferenceCES. The ConferenceCES fee covers lunch, coffee breaks, certificates and all conference materials. Each participant can participate with a maximum of two submissions.

ConferenceCES’s fees are based on the UNDP Human Development Index (HDI) levels of the countries. According to HDI, countries are categorized into four groups such as “Very High Human Development”, “High Human Development”, “Medium Human Development”, and “Low Human Development”. The currency of the conference is the US dollar (USD). During the registration, participants should consider their countries' Index levels*.

  • International participants can pay either by their credit card using the online conference system or via bank transfer. You may incur banking charges from your bank if you choose to pay via wire transfer. 
  • For any bank transfer, please be aware of bank service charges. All bank charges for remittances are to be borne by the participant. Failure to pay this fee will result in an incomplete registration.

  • Participants from Türkiye are required by law to pay the conference fee in Turkish Liras by bank transfer. The daily US Dollar exchange rate should be taken into account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If you cancel your registration and submit your refund request by 03 June 2024, you will receive a refund of 80% of your registration fee (bank cancellation fees will be charged from your refund amount).
  • Cancellation requests can be made to the conference secretariat by sending an email with your "name-surname" and "submission ID" to the following email addresses: secretary@conference-ces.com and secretary.conference.ces@gmail.com.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: No refund will be available after 4 June
